Deposit secures any booking payable immediately at 25% of total, balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Deposit is non refundable.
Deposit of 25% of balance secures booking payable immediately with balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Any breakages or damages within Villa must be paid prior to departure to our on site Manager.
Payment of €80.00 on departure for clean and is a once off payment regardless of the number of weeks stay. Prices quoted include all fees, such as water charges, electricity, air conditioning and community fees but does not include €80.00 for clean on departure.
We also rent per calender month at special rates which are available on request.
