Deposit secures any booking payable immediately at 25% of total, balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Deposit is non refundable.

Deposit of 25% of balance secures booking payable immediately with balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Any breakages or damages within Villa must be paid prior to departure to our on site Manager.
Payment of €70.00 is for clean on departure and is a once off payment regardless of the number of weeks stay. Prices quoted include all fees, such as water charges, electricity, air conditioning and community fees.

We also rent per calender month at special rates which are available on request. These rates include all fees, water charges, electricity and community fees and clean on departure.

Weekly prices for each season:

Low-season €  239.00 Euro

Mid-season €  299.00 Euro

High-season €  400.00 Euro

Peak-season €  429.00 Euro
